Ulvar Beastback

A member of the monster-hunting dwarf Khro clan, Ulvar is a seasoned veteran mercenary who offers his services to towns, cities, nobles, or anyone who can afford his fees. While young by dwarf standards, he has proven to be wise and cunning when it comes to hunting beasts of all sorts and sizes. His signature killing blow of breaking the backs of the monsters that he hunts has earned him the name Beastback among his kin.
