Corporal Blizzard Snowclaw

Corporal Blizzard Snowclaw is a member of the contingent of Avrora Marines aboard the Lady Kiavyra, a Daggoroh-class Corvette. Assigned as the squad's second-in-command, she is one of the two cyber warfare specialists in their unit.

Blizzard is a local of the Tarana colony, born and raised in one of its northernmost settlements. An outcast among the settlement's Pahtra community due to her lack of natural coat patterns, Blizzard was forced to fend for herself for most of her youth. Upon reaching adolescence, she joined the local Planetary Defense Force under an apprenticeship program and later on joined basic combat training after completing her program. As a PDF trooper she was trained in the ways of basic conventional combat, focusing on defensive fighting, and guerilla warfare before choosing to specialize in cyber warfare, a field where she find herself excelling at as a hacker. Blizzard served in the PDF for half a decade, fighting against raiding pirates, smugglers, and the odd mega fauna rampage that threatened the colony's settlements. Unsatisfied by her post however, she transferred branches to train as an Avrora Marine. Going through a more advanced training than compared to a fresh recruit, Blizzard underwent extensive reorientation to unlearn the stagnant defensive tactics of the PDF in favor of the more aggressive approach that the marines deploy while learning advanced techniques in cyber warfare in her specialization course. Upon completion of her training, she was officially inducted into the ranks of the marines and was immediately given her first assignment as a member and a CW specialist of the marine contingent attached to the corvette, the Lady Kiavyra in the Tarana System Defense fleet.
